If you are part way through an audit Sitebulb allows you pause and then resume.
While your audit is buzzing along crawling and processing data - click the Pause button. This will pause your audit you can now go away a have a cup of tea. Once you need to start your crawl click the Resume button and Sitebulb will continue from where it left off.
